My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The location is prime, just in front of Masjidil Haram, and the view of Ka'abah from my room was simply breathtaking. The service was exceptional, especially the front office manager Mr Mazen BaAshar and the concierge Moutaz Kasham. The dining options offered many varieties that satisfied my taste buds. However, I wish the rooms had more space, and the toiletries needed replenishing more frequently.
